awesome service manager
Their was a little miss understanding over a service appointment. I made an appointment a week in advance however upon my arrival, I found they didn't book it in the computer. It was a honest mistake on their end however, an inconvenience for me. The service director Kyle Odom happen to walk by and asked my wife how she was did, she replied horrible. Once she explained we had driven over an hour only to find out someone forgot to book our appointment, he apologized and said he will take care of us. It was very quick after I got there. I am very impress on the respect I received, the attention to take care of a misunderstanding over the service appointment. Have a few dealers by my house but the hour ride is well worth dealing with great people, awesome dealer ship and overall great work. Can't thank Kyle enough and also the staff.
